Eldorado sgm storage capacity is 40.000. He already have 15.000 cristal as you can see.When he try to get 20.000 cristal,system is giving error message.

You can see the Free Storage column there is less then 5k matterial free space (the matterials which already on the planet counts).

You can just first empty the storage and you can trade almost 20k.
I suggest use the orange buttons beacuse that gives you the total amount that you can trade. -
The error message at this place is correct
