    • Ability to move your account to different universe

      The main problem of merging:

      - The Different of Economy speed
      - The Different of Fleet speed
      - The Different of Debris Field percentage
      - ACS vs Non-ACS
      - One universe is more developed than the other
      - Defense to Debris Field

      There is a lot of universe players would like to try on but old players will have no interestin starting over. And getting a good account that someone is giving away is rare as it is.

      With this settings I will put up in here, it would be no longer be based on conditions of what the universe runs on, but based on how developed
      the player account itself.

      With this, the players can have a little more flexibility on their account and pick what features the player would prefer.

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      So here how things go:
      The player can only transfer if their points is within 10% higher from the number one player in a universe.
      Reason:
      - Prevent over-powered players joining new universe
      - Prevent big miners to transfer to a place where there is no predators
      - Allows new players to grow and gain experience on different methods of expanding their empire
      Exceptions:
      The player can transfer if their points is within 30% higher from the number one player if the universe of where the player is coming from has
      less than 400 active players in it.
      The top 10 players of the server can transfer through GO or GA (who ever have the authority) to get permission to transfer to another universe
      because those players are likely to be stuck in their own universe. But they are only able to choose the 2nd or 3rd most developed universe.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      The player can only transfer one time every 6 months and shorter will be required DM.

      Reason:

      -To limit the traffic going to one universe to another.
      -To minimize the abuse of hopping to other universe everyday and allow stalkers to... stalk. ;)
      -Allow you to track people around you and not seeing "a whole new universe" of players every day you log on.

      Exception:

      Darkmatter - Of course a little bribery to GF to cut down the wait time but it will cost ya.

      Cost based on time remaining:

      More than 4 month left:
      . . 300,000 DM
      Between 4 - 2 month left: . 200,000 DM
      Less than 2 month left: . ... 100,000 DM

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      When you transfer, you will have 2 options:
      1) Transfer all your planets to similar coordinates from your universe that you are leaving (10 ± from your planets' location if slots
      available)
      - You can only relocate 20% of your planet if some of the positions are not fit to your liking (I would check ogniter to see if there slots
      available)
      2) Going in random
      - You can only relocate 60% of your planet if some of the positions are not fit to your liking
      ::Warning::All relocations must be done by the first week upon transferring to a different universe.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      When you transfer to a different universe:

      You will loose ALL your unused resources.

      Reason:

      -This will prevent saving 1KKK worth of resources and then spend it all when transfer to another universe giving a player a huge jump in
      strength. (Especially players who is already near the cap limit of entering a universe)

      -This will also prevent cheating, such as a "new player" who just opened an account in a well aged universe and some "good old player" give
      millions of resources .... then instead of using it, the player can transfer to a new universe that has number 1 rank player with only 10K
      points and this new player is packed with enough resources to go over 50K points instantly.

      Problem: All players who have massive fleet will be sitting defenseless

      Solution: All players who transferred will have protection for 7 days, allowing them to restock their deut to fly.

      Protection can be terminated early when the player probe/attack an active player. (Similar situation as probing/attacking a strong player
      that put you in Outlaw mode)

      -The players CAN farm inactives to collect deut faster

      You must have nothing being built or researched during the time of transfer.

      Reason:

      - it prevent hiding massive amount of resources to make a big jump after you transfer
      - it prevent hiding deut to allow you to attack on the first day (depending on the speed)

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I honestly thinks this actually benefit more to the players than hurt them.
      Pros:
      - No more new universe waiting (unless it is a different type that wasn't available before)
      - No more situations of players stuck on a dying universe
      - More compact and less universe - less stress and less cost on servers to GF?
      - See new players pop up more from other universe than a player's account being deleted
      - DM potential for GF
      - Don't like the speed? Keep your account progress and go to a slower universe
      - Tired of being hammered by another player - transfer to a different universe
      - It gives a ton more value to the player's account
      Cons:
      - players who have multiple accounts cannot join in a uni that they already have an account in.
