Add point of origin activity flag to colonize (FS) missions as colony ship bounces/colonizes. Risk defines all strategy games and all FS techniques have their own inherent risks. This change alone does not completely kill the usefulness of the colonize FS mission. Decoy's & a variety of FS techniques still mix it up.
