The actual way to allocate an espionage report for your alliance is:
So atm the allocation of espionage reports is really inconvenient.
The solution that was usggested from the ogame.de user, was a simple message.
If you allocate an espionage report this message should appear for the other alliance members.
Further could it be possible to choose the specific player, you want to share the report with.
This would be a nice change to inform your alliance members about the allocation of this report.
It could also be possible to redirect the whole espionage report itself.
So you don't have to switch into the correct galaxy system.
I think the existing allocation feature is not used much at the moment.
It's too complicated.
With this suggestion it would have much more sense then before.

1. You have to click on "Allocate for the alliance"
2. Your alliance member has to switch to the galaxy view
3. Your alliance member has to switch to the coordinates where the espionage has occured
4. Xour alliance member can get the report with a mouseover on this planet
