This one could be seen like a weird idea, but I think it could become a great one maybe, if developed in a good way.
The TUG allow to take a fleet from an universe to another. Permanently.
This move could only happen once, and only if both accounts are owned by the same user, with the same e-mail.
I thought that the cost of this structure should be something like c*kk resources, where "c" is a function of the age of the universe.
Both the account have to have the TUG.
The aim of this move is to definitely move a fleet from an account to an another one, e.g. one doesn't want to use it anymore.
This could for example reduce the pushing-moves that happen when someone wants to stop his game in an universe.
It could also be useful to revitalize some universe or to revitalize the rank challenge in "fixed" universes.
The choice to put it permanently is a strict but necessary condition.
Obviously you could work on it...for example you could decide to "reduce" fleet during the move, by a destination-universe factor.
It could be modified in some ways...but I think that the main idea could be good.
