I think the problem would be solved if the System Admins applied an attack block themselves when they knew that fleets had to be recalled, to prevent damage to accounts. I have made a suggestion from this internally
Well we saw most people say that they don't like the rule, so I guess we will remove it or make a final vote about it. But as I said, we will discuss it in the team and see how we move forward with this, we work as a team there so I don't make the decision myself

I think the alliance founder could check his members and remove the inactive ones, but having completely inactive alliances removed seems like a good idea
I don't think they will promote Discord because they don't own the servers, it will also be more difficult to do something if someone insults you. The chat might not be perfect right now but hopefully developers will improve it with time
