PostIs it possible to add a link to GT? By clicking on it, the Galaxytool that you entered in settings would open. Maybe link it on the "G" icon, or simply add another line under "Galaxytoolbar"?

I agree with vulca: No defense to DF is an important balancing factor and shouldn't be changed. Marshen's idea about reducing the percentage of stolen ress in regular honourable fights is excellent. I also find the idea of every player in my military rank stealing 75% of my ress in one attack disturbing.

I wanted you to post military rankings/points, so we could see if there is a big difference in MP points between you and a player which is ranked 100 places lower than you on the MP list. If your uni has ~200/300 active players, then that probably is the case. If you have more than 100 rips, and can honourably attack with just 50 and still make a draw, then there is definitely something wrong. I agree that the fix should come quick, but I also think it should fix the real problem.

Vuica, I don't know where you get your definitions from. Destroying something (no matter whether it flies, or stays on the ground) and stealing isn't honourable. So there's no point in arguing what's honourable and what isn't in OGame. As to avoiding attacks for HP: simply don't build unnecessary units. Of course it is. You can't cut out huge parts of the game as you like, just because people are being attacked. It's simply wrong. I already told you that we have tons of players complaining about the 3.0 version (not one complaint about being attacked just for honour points though), and threatening to quit OGame because of it. Should we abandon the 3.0 version completely because of them, or tell them to adapt and try to guide them how to do that? I still think that the problem you write about is…

I agree that RIPs vs defense is a problem. But as I already said, that's a problem which is older than HP system. Turtles were regulary harassed by rippers in my community even before the HP system came, and they will be harassed no matter what you decide here. Currenty, the rippers in my community get HPs for destroying defenses, but that's just because the player count is too low for "100 players below you on MP list" to work. Look at the test server. I still think that defense should give HPs, as long as both players have nearly equal amount of MPs. However, the problem is that 100 places on MP list sometimes means a huge difference in MPs.
