    Hi @Hyperion, Welcome to Origin The first step would be to request an API Key for your API Calls ([New] API Key requests) What I'm not clear about is what's your goal... are you trying to create a API Wrapper, or collect/show statistics based on the player and make it Mobile friendly or you just want an OGame Mobile App like we have for iPad, which in this last case OGame API won't make any sense.

    @yurra You really need to explain your ideas instead of just throwing it in the board. This is not the first time you do this... Tell us why do you think this will be useful? Does it apply to every type of universe or just a few? Is it just for merges? Please, share all the details you have in mind, I will be more than happy to read them and discuss your proposals

    @Malakian Sorry I did not continue the idea, I have been pretty busy these last weeks. I already have an idea to rework the current API, but I do not think this will have priority for the devs. Still, I will provide an API spect proposal using RAML and will let it in GitHub so anyone can share their feedback

  • Just a simple player name change from 'Charlie' to 'blue shield princess'. After that, OGame forces a re-login, and when you get inside the Lobby, I still see 'Charlie' instead of 'blue shield princess' Tried to log again, clear cache, but that field is not being updated properly. (Hidden Content) To start with, thanks for the URL trick, I did not know you could use the universe name as a replacement of the universeId. Doing a little bit of troubleshooting, found that Aquarius and also Bellatrix does not return data using universe name as part of the URL. Tried with the last universes of other regions, but they worked fine. Looks like a specific problem of that last two universes from Germany.

    What about having a radio button that if it was selected the rest of the debris that were not collected go to the other side? As @Minion said, lets think of attackers that get knocked out, but they still harvest some debris. As the defender, who won, will post the battle. The idea would be to also add that debris recollection to the final numbers because the defender does not have the attackers rr api. What do you think about it @Warsaalk?

    I don´t know why I saw it today... but what´s the meaning of "X7" in the Destroyer on the Login Page? Started to google a little bit, and only find one thread asking the same but with no answer on the US Board. So, I started to search by images. And it looks like only the Destroyer has that X7 on it and Cruiser has "21". The rest of the ships are blank.     I´m not completely sure if this is the right place for this thread. The main point is the suggestion of adopting Discord instead of our old IRC.   • hahaha, it's a valid point. Maybe the shipyard limit could increase when the top 1 pass certain score or it just increases overtime. What I mean, it must be fair for both sides, GameForge wins money with Dark Matter we all know that, this won't affect any lose/win. But maybe as you said, this could be only available if you have all Officers active or maybe you need to pay more.

  • The idea is pretty simple. Let's say you have tons of resources and you want to create tons of ships/defense or you had an awesome attack and you want to recover from it asap. If you use Dark Matter, you can speed up. But always one at a time. E.G: 9999 LF you have to click two times in order to speed it up. Now, let's say you sent 500.000 LF to your shipyard queue. And if you want to speed up, you actually need to click tons of time. (Action to speed up + ACK) * 2 = 9999 LF --> 4 clicks per 999…

    But from an app side, this actually sucks. Let’s say you use s121 and one day this universe is merged with another one. You are forced to do this request with the rest of the avaialabe universes you may or not have. Until one returns http 200 and then, you update your universe list. On the other side, it’s true that this does not happen frequently, but still from a SOAP Service perspective, it’s ironic that you need a serverId to obtain the rest of them.

  • @Salih @TGWo Quick question regaring point 2. As you said, some players will use bots to destroy the probes. My question is, what is going to happen if you send a espionage attack? If you have ever played vs bots, one easy way to take them down, is to send a lot of probes + your ships in a espionage mission in order to trigger a battle due to big amout of probes and as the bot does not retire the fleet during a espionage, you get the chance to destroy that player.
