Partially this already happened in .org : Universe 1 was a target universe, initially it was 1x fleet, 1x economy , non ACS. Because all the exodus Universes were ACS, after the merge, uni 1 was changed to 1x fleet, 2x economy and ACS. No need to say that this was well received by the old residents of uni 1 and comfortable for the merged players. My dream about OGame each community to have only 3 universes . A universe with 1x fleet speed and 2 economy speed B universe with 5x fleet speed and 2 economy speed C new universe with 2x fleet speed and 5 ecomomy speed ( this can be increased when unis A and B gets really old ).
