    Currently Astrophysics gives you 1 extra colony every odd level. [and +1 expeditions for perfect square levels]. I propose that you get one planet per level. -Reasons: --Every two levels feels clunky and unsatisfying on the even numbered level every time you upgrade it. --Universes are large and the community is small, especially later in the game, and so having more planets is more opportunities is more fun.   • This is a nerf to fusion reactors by proxy [buffing it's competitor] and ruins part of the balance of colonizing colder planets. Cold planets give high deuterium and the cost is generally smaller slots and harder energy accumulation. Fusion Reactors are the general solution [either partially or wholly] and by improving solar satellites you are nerfing them.   • Energy tech already provides a unique bonus by making fusion reactors produce more energy to the point that math can argue they are late game viable. Giving energy tech this effect too seems like it's overloading the research more than it needs to do something totally different than it's current effect.   • I guess what I'm saying is that Battleships originally were not intended to be counter ships. They are supposed to be backbone ships used in most fleet comps and the invention of battlecruisers bullied them out.   • I measure a ships value by it's strategic diversity and uniqueness that it brings to the table. All in all the combat values of all the ships present are great.     The probe exception was intended in it's use for checking for ninja, defenses, and creating a debris field. I mean if you build enough esp probes and attack somebody 30 times in like 3 hours while they are asleep I'm sure a case could be made against you for some type of bug using or exploitation. Then again maybe not.
